In 2019, WyoX, Inc. was formed as a 501(c)3 registered non-profit to help further the mission of WyoX.  The Board is made up of a Chair, a Vice-Chair, a Secretary, a Treasurer and Directors.   WyoX, Inc. organizes and conducts fundraising efforts, oversees the finances of the team and provides other needed volunteer support.
